49 Affordable housing projects held up, cos on DTCP radar

GURGAON: The Department of Town and Country Planning (DTCP) has warned of action and said all the 50 affordable housing projects that are under construction in the city will be monitored regularly. Officials said on Sunday that a majority of the projects, most of which were launched over five years back, were running behind schedule. Combined, these projects include thousands of flats and houses, which cost less than Rs 30 lakh each.
